Ian has completed several jobs for us in the past few months. While we greatly appreciate the quality of product that he uses, it is something that is easily duplicated in a retail venue.

What can NOT be duplicated in any manner is Ian's ability to walk into a room, clarify the full use of the space; then design and properly place appropriate storage products in such a way that you have not only more than enough storage, but extra room to function within the room itself; with a very high class look. His vision and ability to utilize square footage (or lack of), effectively is unique only to Ian.

Our last job enabled us to combine two rooms of items into one beautiful unit with room to spare and open up the room for easy use.

If you want room to move in without movin' - call Ian!

Ian Stephens came to our house and took his time in laying out a closet plan that would suit our needs and our space, showed us the plan on his computer, printed it out for us to have, gave us the price and stayed to that agreed plan and price. That's the kind of character and work ethic I grew up with and we should be able to expect, but is rearely found in today's business world. Added to this, Ian is a very nice person to work with.

Even though we had trouble finding an electrician to change a couple of plugs to accommodate the plan, and then had to make an unscheduled trip to California, he waited patiently to begin and complete his work. He was in and out in a day due to our preparations and did exactly what we had agreed on even down to dusting and vacuuming the floor when he was through.

We are well pleased, not only with the closet and how it works for our needs, but also with the professional way it was completed. We would be happy to recommend Ian and his closets to anyone that is inerested in this kind of work and qualtiy.

I want you to know that my husband and I are very pleased with our new organized closets.

Your design of our Master Bedroom Closet has made our closet most efficient. I no longer hear from Bob "you are using more than your half". I am very satisfied with the laundry basket we were able to design into the closet because that feature allowed me to have more open floor space in my small bathroom. Ian, you were right, I am beginning to use and value the valet bar you recommended.

In the past few weeks, I have had a variety of projects done in my "new to me" house by a variety of workman/women. Ian, I found your thoroughness from beginning to end the best. The manner in which you kept your work area and the cleaning up after yourself was not usual in everyone that did work in my home. So I appreciate you MORE now than I did when you were here.

I just had to sit down and tell you "WHAT A JOY" our new closet is!!!! With your help in design, your pleasant personality and your promptness of time lines, we have a room that TRULY works. When you finished your job and it came down to putting things away (shirts, pants, dresses, shoes etc.); we found that we had a least half again as much room. We can now store blankets, bed spreads, boots and things that were elsewhere. And, by the way, we still have more room. WHAT A JOY!
